The Kendalia Community Club facilities are available for rental for your special occasions.

Facility attributes

• Central AC and Heat
• Stove and food preparation area
• Tables and chairs (for 60+ people)
• Large rest rooms
• Large parking area
• Covered outside pavilion
• Children's outside play area

Rental fee and deposit

• $100.00 per day for building
• $75.00 per day for pavilion (if table and chairs are needed)
• $100.00 deposit required at time of rental
• Deposit will be returned after event if
• No damage to the facilities
• Facilities are clean and orderly
• All garbage has been removed
